Requirements for Acceptance into the B.S./M.S. Program in Neuroscience
This is a competitive program. Among the items to be considered for acceptance into this program are:
- Undergraduate transcripts (a combination of GPA and rigor of coursework will be considered)
 - Recommendations
 - Interview
 - Applicant statement of interests and goals
 
The minimum course requirements for entry into the program are:
- One year of undergraduate biology
 - One year of undergraduate chemistry
 
The following are also desired but not required:
- One semester or more of undergraduate calculus
 - One or two semesters of undergraduate physics
 - Additional undergraduate coursework in biology, chemistry or biochemistry
 - Prior research experience
